HOUSEHOLD RULES
1. Key and entrance
2 keys are provided per room, one for the room door and one for the back door. For your own safety, we ask you to always lock both your own room door and the outside door downstairs.
The front entrance at the square and the terrace are only accessible for restaurant visits.
2. Checking in and out
On the day of arrival we expect you between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Upon departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. at the latest.
3. Payment
For your convenience and ours, we ask you to pay for your room in advance. If you have not already done so, we ask you to pay for your stay upon arrival.
4. Restaurant
You can pay for the drinks and meals available in the restaurant per day in the restaurant. Unfortunately it is not possible to set this to room number.
Drinks that you have taken from the refrigerator on the second floor must be noted on the list immediately upon purchase. You can pay for this at the restaurant the next day.
5. No smoking
The entire building is non-smoking, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the interior. If you do so, we will charge professional cleaning costs of € 100 per room/departure. Smoking is allowed on the terrace outside.
6. Peace in the building
You must always behave calmly in the hotel rooms and not cause any nuisance to other guests. Your television or radio should only be audible within your own room. Between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM there is absolute silence in the entire building.
7. Keep the room tidy
You are obliged to occupy and use the room in a tidy manner. The guests after you would also like to enjoy a beautiful room with good furnishings.
8. Waste
Please return your waste separately. Plastic and cans separately in a waste bag. Also keep bottles and jars separate. The residual waste can be put together in the appropriate garbage bag.
9. Tourist information
Tourist information can be obtained at the reception or in the town hall of Gnesau. We are happy to help you with the right information, feel free to ask us about the possibilities.
10. Breakfast and dinner
If there are enough guests, we provide a breakfast buffet. If you have few guests, we ask you to fill out a list in advance, indicating what you would like to eat. Breakfast takes place between 8:00 and 9:30 am. Different times in construction.
You can eat in our restaurant in the afternoon and evening (if open). You can choose from the menu, and a daily menu is also available every day. Meals must be paid for immediately afterwards.
11. Restaurant opening hours
The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On Sunday to Tuesday you can have your meals in one of the restaurants in the immediate area.
12. Pay by card or cash
Payment is possible at the reception and in the restaurant by card or cash.
