Cancellation conditions

Cancellation and change fees

up to 3 months before the arrival date: no costs;

up to 30 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total booking amount;

up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking price;

until the day of arrival: 90% of the total booking price;

Cancellations and late changes, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100 percent of the total booking price;

Austrian hotel guidelines apply.

We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
